Dr. Berry spent the morning volunteering at the "Rethink your Drink Table" at the one of Inland Hospital's Family Fun Events.
Who knew that a 12 ounce serving 100% Apple Juice contains 39 grams of sugar?? That equals about 10 teaspoons of sugar and about the same as a glass of soda!!
We challenge you to put 10 teaspoons in a cup and see how much that actually is!
