Dr. Berry is an avid participant in continuing education at The Pankey Institute for quite some time now. She decided to bring her assistant Randa down to learn the in’s & out’s of digital dentistry. Educating at our local YMCA!
The ladies at Lakes Region Dental spent the afternoon educating the kiddos that attend the YMCA afterschool program. We did activities that reviewed diet & how that contributes to cavities, acid and how that changes the pH of our mouth & how to floss properly!

Machu Picchu
The LRD girls visited Machu Picchu and hiked Wayna Picchu mountain. This mountain is known as “the stairs of death” with over 1000 very narrow, stone stairs built by the Incas. A once in a lifetime experience that’s for sure!

The LRD girls rode on horses up to a beautiful lake. Most of us have never been on a horse before, so Rachel had to show us the ropes!

Did you know Dr. Berry is a nerd?
Dr. Berry recently achieved Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, a honor only 6% of dentists ever accomplish. With the convocation ceremony being cancelled this year, she celebrated with a day on the water instead. Not a bad substitute.
