Rethink Your Drink
Dr. Berry spent the morning volunteering at the "Rethink your Drink Table" at the one of Inland Hospital's Family Fun Events.
Who knew that a 12 ounce serving 100% Apple Juice contains 39 grams of sugar?? That equals about 10 teaspoons of sugar and about the same as a glass of soda!!
We challenge you to put 10 teaspoons in a cup and see how much that actually is!

So does Dr. Berry.
She and other Maine dentists toured the State House Today with Maine Dental Association and brought back all those childhood memories.
